Foltx Indications
Foltx is an oral combination of vitamins used for distinct nutritional requirements of hyperhomocysteinemia in people at risk of atherosclerotic vascular disease in the cerebral, coronary, and peripheral vessels. This is also recommended for people with vitamin B12 deficiency.
Foltx Dosage Forms
This is available as a 1.13/25/2 mg tablet. It contains 1.13 mg Levomefolate Calcium, 25 mg Pyridoxine Hcl, and 2 mg Cyanocobalamin.
Foltx Mechanism of Action
This oral supplement consists of three vitamins. Folic acid helps form coenzymes that are involved in pyrimidine and purine synthesis. Cyanocobalamin is involved in protein synthesis and carbohydrate and fat metabolism. Pyridoxine promotes the release of glycogen stored in the liver and muscle while taking part in GABA synthesis.
How to Take Foltx
