Premarin Details
Premarin is an oral prescription drug used to treat moderate to severe symptoms of vulvar and vaginal atrophy. It is also indicated to treat moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms, like hot flashes. Additionally, this is also used to treat other conditions like hypoestrogenism, breast cancer, and advanced androgen-dependent carcinoma of the prostate. It is also prescribed to prevent postmenopausal osteoporosis.

Premarin Warnings

Estradiol can possibly increase the risk of blood clots.
