Trulance Indications
Trulance is an oral prescription drug used to treat irritable bowel syndrome with constipation and chronic idiopathic constipation. By improving stool consistency, it relieves bloating, abdominal discomfort, straining, and a feeling of incomplete bowel movements or emptying of the bowels.

Trulance Mechanism of Action
There is an increase in both intracellular and extracellular cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) levels as a result of this drug. As well as accelerating gastrointestinal transit, it alleviates abdominal and intestinal pain.
