Vivelle DOT (estradiol) transdermal system is a prescription drug indicated to treat moderate to severe vulvar and vaginal atrophy and vasomotor symptoms among menopausal women. It is also used to manage hypoestrogenism secondary to castration, hypogonadism, or primary ovarian failure. Furthermore, it prevents osteoporosis in postmenopausal women.
This is available in Vivelle DOT 0.025 mg/day, 0.0375 mg/day, 0.05 mg/day, 0.075 mg/day, and 0.1 mg/day transdermal system.
